Some of our apartments have a washing machine, which you can use free of charge including the detergent provided. If you have any questions, please contact our team.

A fan is available free of charge for hot summer days. Should you need anything further, please get in touch.

Too cold? Please contact our team – we will be happy to place a fan heater in your apartment.

The accommodation comes with a kitchen that is handed over clean and fully equipped. Please put dishes, cutlery and pots back in the cupboards only when they are clean.

Please do not shower outside the shower cubicle and keep the bathroom as dry as possible.

For stays of at least seven days, we offer a free intermediate cleaning on request. This includes cleaning the floors, changing the towels, emptying the bins, replenishing toilet paper, coffee pads and soap, and a quick clean of the bathroom and kitchen. Additional intermediate cleaning at intervals of your choice is available for €25 per clean. Please contact our team to arrange this.

On departure, we kindly ask our guests to leave the apartment swept clean and with the dishes washed. Heavy soiling will be charged according to the work involved, with a minimum charge of €25. We take the liberty of retaining your credit card or passport details as a deposit. This data is irrevocably deleted on the day of departure.

The rental price includes bed linen, bath towels, tea towels, washing-up liquid and bin bags. We also provide coffee pads for the coffee machine, detergent for the washing machine, and salt and pepper. Please let us know if you need a top-up or anything else. Final cleaning is also included in the price.

We are happy to provide a baby cot and a high chair free of charge. Simply reserve these before you arrive, or contact our team during your stay.

Pets are warmly welcome. For the additional cleaning we charge a flat rate of €15 per night per pet. Please register your pet with us before you arrive.

You can park comfortably in our on-site car park for €15 per night per space. Please contact our team if you would like to book a space.

Guest satisfaction is our top priority.

We kindly ask you to observe the night-time quiet period between 22:00 and 06:00. The apartments, their furnishings and other property must not be damaged. Please note that we will have to charge for any damage caused.

All our apartments are non-smoking apartments. We reserve the right to charge for damage to the inventory, such as burn marks, at replacement value. The additional cost of special cleaning will be charged at €300.

Please dispose of your waste in the bins provided in the corridors (yellow: plastic, green: paper and brown: residual waste); these are emptied daily. On departure, you can leave any rubbish in the apartment and we will dispose of it during the final clean.

Saving energy together – every contribution counts!

• Turn the heating down by one degree.
• Set the fan one level lower or open the window to let in cooler air.
• Set the fridge to a medium cooling level.
• Switch off lights and the fan when leaving the apartment.
• Reduce water consumption.
• Close windows and doors when leaving the apartment.
• Air the rooms in short bursts rather than leaving windows tilted open.

Please check out by 11:00. Leave your room card on the table and close the door behind you. Complete the online check-out in the digital guest system – your invoice will then be sent to you automatically. Late check-out until 12:00 is possible by prior arrangement. A flat fee of €100 applies in the event of a lost room card.

Please enter your billing details in our guest system before your day of departure. Your invoice will be sent automatically to the email address you provided on the day of departure.
