Please dispose of your waste in the bins provided in the corridors (yellow for plastic, green for paper and brown for residual waste). These are emptied daily. When you leave, you can leave any rubbish in the apartment and we will dispose of it during the final clean.

You can check out until 11 am. Simply place your room card on the table and close the door behind you. Complete the online check-out process in the digital guest system. You will then automatically receive your bill.

The city centre is approximately a 6-minute walk away.

• Only switch on the dishwasher when it is full, and use the eco programme.

• Reduce water consumption.
• Close windows and doors when leaving the apartment.
• Ventilate in short bursts instead of leaving windows ajar.

We welcome your suggestions and ideas for improvements. If there is anything that does not meet your expectations, please let us know immediately so that we can address it during your stay. Your satisfaction as a guest is our top priority.

We kindly ask that you observe the night-time rest period between 10 pm and 6 am. The apartments, their furnishings and any other property must not be damaged. Please note that any damage caused will be charged for.

Pets are very welcome! We charge a flat rate of €15 per night per pet to cover the additional cleaning costs. Please register your pet with us before you arrive.

We are happy to provide you with a free baby crib and high chair. Simply reserve these items before you arrive, or contact us during your stay.

You can conveniently park in one of our spaces for €15 per night. Please contact our staff if you would like to reserve a space.

All of our apartments are non-smoking. We reserve the right to charge for any damage to the inventory, such as burn marks, at replacement value. An additional charge of 300 EUR will be incurred for special cleaning.

Before departure, please enter your invoice data into our guest system. You will automatically receive an invoice at the email address you provided on the day of departure.

The accommodation comes with a kitchen that will be handed over clean and fully equipped. Please put the dishes, cutlery and pots back in the cupboards only when they are clean.

Please do not shower outside the shower cubicle. Please keep the bathroom as dry as possible.

For stays of at least seven days, we offer an intermediate cleaning service free of charge upon request. This includes cleaning the floor, changing the towels, emptying the bins, replenishing the toilet roll, coffee pads and soap, and a quick clean of the bathroom and kitchen. Additional intermediate cleaning is available at intervals as required for €25 per clean. Please contact reception to arrange this.

On departure, we ask our guests to leave the apartment swept and cleaned, and with washed dishes. Heavy soiling will incur a charge of at least EUR 25. We take the liberty of taking your credit card or passport details as a deposit. This data will be irrevocably deleted on the day of your departure.

The rental price includes bed linen, towels, tea towels, washing-up liquid, and bin liners. We also provide coffee pods for the coffee machine, washing-up liquid, washing machine detergent, and salt and pepper. Please let us know if you require any additional supplies. Final cleaning is also included in the price.

A fan is available free of charge for those hot summer days. If you require an additional fan, please contact us.
Is it too cold for you? Please contact our service staff. We will be happy to provide you with a fan heater.

Some of our apartments have a washing machine, which you can use free of charge along with the provided detergent. Does your apartment not have a washing machine? There is another washing machine in our basement that you are welcome to use.
