How easy is it to reach us?
Access by car:
If you are coming from the A5 motorway, take the Freiburg-Mitte exit and drive towards Freiburg on the B31a.
At the Schlossbergring, take one of the two left lanes to turn onto Schwabentorring. After about 550 metres, turn left onto Mozartstraße. After about 250 metres, you will find us on the left.
Access by public:
From the main railway station, take tram No. 3 towards Zähringen. Please get off at the Europaplatz stop. After a six-minute walk, you will arrive at our location.
Check-in
You can collect your booked apartment from 4 p.m. You can collect your room card from our check-in machine, which is located directly outside the building. After entering your booking reference, you will receive your room card. You can also find more information in the digital guest service system.
Check-out
You can check out until 11:00. Please leave your room card on the table and close the door behind you. Complete the online check-out process in the Digital Guest System. You will then automatically receive your invoice.
Pets
Pets are welcome. We charge a flat cleaning fee of 15 EUR per night per animal. Please contact us before you arrive.
Internet
Free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments.
Children
We are happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair free of charge. Simply reserve these items before you arrive, or contact us during your stay.
Parking
You can comfortably park in our on-site car park for 15 EUR per night. Please contact us if you would like to reserve a space.
Fees can be paid online via credit card or PayPal.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the apartments or anywhere in the building. Please note that we will charge EUR 300 if this rule is broken.
Account
Before departure, please enter your invoice data into our guest system. You will automatically receive an invoice at the email address you provided on the day of departure. You will be able to access our guest system a few days before arrival.
Cleaning
For stays of at least seven days, we offer an intermediate cleaning service free of charge upon request. This includes cleaning the floors, changing the towels, disposing of rubbish, replenishing toilet paper, coffee and soap, and a quick clean of the bathroom and kitchen.
Additional intermediate cleanings can be booked at any time for 25 EUR per cleaning. Please register at reception.
Upon departure, we kindly ask our guests to leave the apartment clean with washed dishes. Any additional cleaning required due to excessive dirt will be charged for, with a minimum charge of €25. We require a deposit in the form of your credit card or passport details. This data will be irrevocably deleted on the day of departure.
Our services
The rental price includes bed linen, bath towels, dish towels, washing-up liquid and bin bags. We also provide coffee pads for the coffee machine, washing machine detergent, and salt and pepper. Please let us know if you need anything else. Final cleaning is also included in the price.
Washing machine
Some of our apartments have a washing machine, which you can use free of charge along with the provided detergent. If you have any questions, please ask our local staff.
Additional person
We charge 15 euros per night and person for any additional guests.
